In the beginning of the century in 1916. Late Shri Ghasitaramji Bajaj founded in Karachi the famous Punjabi Ghasitaram World of Sweets.
His illustratious son Shri Goverdhandas Bajaj bought the 34 years old art of Excellent confectionary to Mumbai in 1950.
